Quality Engineer

We are partnering with a top tier 1 automotive supplier who is hiring for a Quality Engineer.

• Global Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in advanced sealing, light weighting, and mobility solutions
• Partnering with major global OEMs on traditional, hybrid, and electric vehicle platforms
• Established international organization with a strong OEM customer base

• Title: Quality Engineer
• Automotive quality engineering experience with direct OEM customer interaction
• Experience supporting Ford and/or GM customers, including audits, 8D reports, warranty processes, and corrective actions

• Serve as the primary liaison between the plant and OEM customers for quality concerns, warranty claims, and corrective actions
• Coordinate customer audits, manage 8D reports through customer portals, and drive quality issues through resolution

• Challenge:
  Lead customer‑facing quality initiatives while managing complex OEM quality concerns and warranty investigations

  Southfield, MI (onsite with customer site visits as needed)
