Lear For You is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Novi program and engineering teams. This role covers structural design, component design, mechanisms, and tooling, develops designs from direction provided by program management and Lear engineers.
You'll use Solid Works to create equipment and tooling designs, prepare drawing packages, collaborate across project managers, controls engineers, and manufacturing, and mentor junior staff while supporting legacy designs.
