Responsibilities
  • Begin developing investment industry understanding and investment product comprehension
  • Assisting advisors with client requests and portfolio recommendations consistent with Investment Policy Statements
  • Conduct Investment Research and support Investment Committee
  • Portfolio Rebalancing system set up and maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Assist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes
  • Support team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department’s vision, mission, and strategy
Qualifications
  • Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible internal and external client experience
  • Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles
  • Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems

  • Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan within the first year
