Mortgage Loan Officer​/Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer/Trainee to join our team in Southfield, MI. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for assisting clients in securing home loans. Daily responsibilities include evaluating client financial profiles, preparing and processing mortgage applications, guiding clients through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements. You will also focus on building relationships with clients to provide exceptional service and meet their mortgage needs.

• Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Officer activities
• Understanding of Underwriting processes and requirements
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is a plus)
• Licensing in the mortgage industry (or the willingness to obtain required licenses)
• Experience with financial software and mortgage processing systems is beneficial
