This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Southfield, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in obtaining suitable home loan options by evaluating their needs, explaining all available options, and guiding them through the mortgage lending process. Responsibilities include assessing financial documentation, maintaining quality relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Expertise in mortgage industry processes, including Mortgage Lending and Loan Officer responsibilities
• Familiarity with Underwriting procedures and standards
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the financial or lending industry is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role with a focus on meeting client needs
• Current NMLS license or eligibility for licensure is required
