• Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists
• Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers
• Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication
• Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days
• Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence
