What You’ll Do- Meet with prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals and home ownership needs
- Take mortgage applications and collect required documentation
- Analyze credit, income, assets, and debt to determine loan eligibility
- Educate clients on loan options, rates, terms, and costs
- Recommend appropriate mortgage products based on borrower qualifications
- Submit complete loan files to processing and underwriting
- Maintain ongoing communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, builders, financial professionals)
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to close
