Compensation and Benefits

Commission-based compensation with potential to earn between $100,000 and $140,000 yearly, based on individual performance. Eligible full‑time agents receive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension plan. Performance incentives and professional‑development opportunities are available.

Average income for 2024 financial professionals meeting minimum sales production requirements was approximately $120,555. Compensation is determined by sales volume, commission structure, and company policy.
