Responsibilities
As a manager in the Transaction Advisory Services team, you will focus on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, including quality-of‑earnings analysis, working‑capital assessments, and review of accounting policies to evaluate performance sustainability and identify risks.
- Research industry and target data
- Build financial models
- Analyze financial statements under GAAP
- Calculate adjustments and prepare detailed financial analysis to assist clients evaluating acquisition decisions
- Prepare reports, proposals, and engagement letters
- Present findings and participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top‑level management
- Assist with development and review of financial forecasts and reports to determine the quality of historical earnings and the status of assets and liabilities to be acquired
- Organize varying projects against deadlines and manage time effectively
- Supervise junior team members and assist with project scoping
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in a Transaction Advisory Services practice, Audit, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Consistent travel, approximately 20% overnight
- Exempt position – may require overtime beyond a standard 40‑hour week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; bilingual English‑Japanese or English‑Chinese preferred for certain roles
- Base salary range: $115,000 – $150,000 (varies by location: CO, IL, OH, MA)
