Senior Consultant – Transaction Advisory Services

As a Senior Consultant, you will focus on buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessments, and review of accounting policies to evaluate performance sustainability and identify risks.

• Research industry and target data.
• Build financial models and analyze financial statements under GAAP.
• Calculate adjustments, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Assist with project scoping.
• Provide transaction‑oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis to aid clients in evaluating acquisition decisions.
• Develop and review financial forecasts.
• Assist with development and review of financial reports to determine quality of historical earnings and the assets and liabilities to be acquired.
• Help prepare proposals and engagement letters.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Preferred certifications: CPA.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a transaction advisory services practice, audit, consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience with percentage‑of‑completion accounting or over‑time revenue recognition preferred.
• Frequent travel throughout the region, approximately 20% overnight travel.
