Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer to help loan applicants secure the ideal mortgage for their home purchase.

• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure production meets requirements.
• Review loan processes by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.
• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure smooth transactions.
• Counsel borrowers on loan products to determine the best fit.
• Work closely with industry professionals to gather and prepare necessary information for underwriting.

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or Lending Wise.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and home equity lines of credit.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication, and exceptional decision‑making ability.

$120,000 - $400,000 yearly.
