You'll learn the business by working directly alongside experienced loan officers, gaining real exposure to the mortgage process from day one.

As a Loan Officer in Training, you'll work closely with experienced originators and get hands‑on exposure to how deals are actually built, from first client contact through pre‑qualification. You'll learn by doing, not just by sitting through training modules. Aside from that real‑world experience, you'll have access to study materials and online resources to prepare for your SAFE exam at a timely interval that works for you, with no pressure or rush and no cost to you.

This role is built for people who want to learn the business from the ground up, with real mentorship and a clear path toward becoming a licensed Loan Officer.
