Automotive finance experience is preferred, but just as important is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and lead.

• - Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience.
• - Secure financing through our network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for our guests.
• - Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach.
• - Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support both customers and the sales team.
• - Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• - Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques.
• - Serve as a positive team player who leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
• - Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
• - Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff.
• - Ensure every deal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• - Manage lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing.
• - Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule.
• - Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed.
• - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, product knowledge, and overall dealership performance.

• - Previous automotive finance experience preferred

• - Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and staying current on finance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• - Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.
