The Senior Director, Global Cash & Liquidity is a senior leader within DRiV's Global Treasury organization responsible for leading the company's global cash management, liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, banking structures, and liquidity optimization activities.

This role is responsible for ensuring the company maintains appropriate liquidity to support operating, financing, and strategic priorities while improving global cash visibility, forecasting accuracy, and capital efficiency. The Senior Director will lead the development and execution of global cash management processes, liquidity governance, banking infrastructure, intercompany funding frameworks, and working capital initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, Mexico, and other regions.

As DRiV continues to establish its standalone Treasury organization, the Senior Director will play a key role in building scalable liquidity processes, strengthening controls and governance, enhancing treasury technology capabilities, and driving best-in-class cash management practices globally.

The role will partner closely with Capital Markets, Treasury Operations & Center of Excellence, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Shared Services, and regional Finance teams to ensure liquidity decisions support the company's broader financial strategy.

• Lead execution of DRiV's global cash and liquidity management strategy.
• Oversee consolidated global cash positioning and liquidity reporting.
• Monitor enterprise liquidity, cash balances, borrowing availability, restricted cash, and funding requirements.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained across legal entities, regions, and currencies.
• Recommend actions to optimize cash deployment and minimize external borrowing costs.
• Support liquidity planning associated with capital allocation, financing activities, and strategic initiatives.

• Lead global daily, weekly, monthly, and 13-week cash forecasting processes.
• Establish forecasting standards, governance, and performance metrics.
• Partner with FP&A, regional Finance, and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage forecast variance analysis and identify key liquidity drivers.
• Integrate short-term liquidity forecasts with longer-term planning and funding requirements.

• Lead management and enhancement of global cash pooling, cash concentration, and liquidity structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash efficiency and reduce trapped cash balances.
• Partner with Tax and Legal on cross-border funding and repatriation initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable global liquidity structures.
• Ensure treasury structures align with business growth, acquisitions, and organizational transformation.

• Manage relationships with key global and regional banking partners.
• Evaluate banking products, cash management solutions, and liquidity services.
• Lead initiatives to optimize bank account structures and reduce banking costs.
• Partner with Treasury leadership on credit facility utilization and liquidity planning.
• Develop contingency plans supporting critical banking relationships.

• Oversee global intercompany funding programs and cash movement activities.
• Coordinate funding requirements with regional finance organizations.
• Support repatriation planning and execution.
• Evaluate tax, regulatory, and liquidity implications related to cross-border cash movements.
• Maintain effective governance, controls, and documentation for intercompany funding activities.

• Partners with FP&A, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve cash conversion and working capital performance.
• Provide Treasury leadership for supply chain finance, receivable financing, factoring, and related liquidity programs.
• Evaluate economic and liquidity impacts of working capital initiatives.
• Monitor program utilization, liquidity benefits, and counter party exposures.

• Monitor and assess liquidity risks across the enterprise.
• Support the development of liquidity contingency plans and stress testing.
• Analyze impacts of market events, operational changes, and business conditions on liquidity.
• Partner with Capital Markets and FX Risk Management teams to evaluate liquidity impacts from financing and currency exposures.
