Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

Responsible for originating residential mortgage loans through a variety of channels. This role requires proactive business development to generate self-sourced mortgage opportunities, convert prospects into loan applications, and recommend customized mortgage solutions tailored to each client's financial needs.

• 2+ years of experience
• Must have an existing referral network established to provide mortgage leads
• Strong product knowledge and underwriting requirements for Conventional and Government mortgage programs
