Companionship Volunteers Needed
At Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice, we are on a mission to positively impact patients and their families and inspire a renewed sense of hope and confidence through our home health, palliative, and hospice care.
Responsibilities- Visit patients at home or in long‑term care facilities.
- Engage patients in activities such as reading, speaking, writing letters, reading personal stories, or providing respite to caregivers.
- Companionship provides a new face and a chance to share stories.
- Helps caregivers take short breaks and return refreshed.
- Patients feel less alone and have something to look forward to.
- Brings comfort to someone approaching end‑of‑life.
- Witnesses family unity for a loved one.
- Recognized as a valued member of the hospice team.
