Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Southfield, MI. As a Personal Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor client health and report any concerns to supervisory staff
• Follow care plans and document services provided accurately

• Previous experience in personal care or home health aide work not necessary but it's a plus
• Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Southfield, MI
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid twice a month
