Pediatric Physical Therapist
Milestones Pediatric PT is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapy services to children in the comfort of their homes. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working alongside a supportive team of professionals.
Responsibilities- Travel to patient homes within assigned areas of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients
- Plan and conduct engaging, goal‑oriented therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with families about progress and treatment goals
- Develop and instruct home exercise programs for continued care
- Coordinate scheduling with families based on mutual availability
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan PT license (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
