A supportive care organization in Southfield seeks an Assistant Home Manager to support the Home Manager with responsibilities such as staff training and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The position offers a pay rate of $20.75 per hour during training, rising to $21.75 after completion.

Shifts are 8 hours in the afternoon with some weekend and holiday work required.
