Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Southfield, MI for a Clinical Support Assistant. The Clinical Support Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, assisting in therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and collaborating with clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe and positive environment, implementing individualized care plans, and assisting with daily tasks to ensure optimal quality of care.
Qualifications- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered support and contribute to a positive care environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage client records and track progress effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and clinical professionals.
- Experience working directly with individuals with autism or in a healthcare or support role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training related to healthcare or autism support are a plus.
