This is a full-time remote role for an Elite Sales Recruiter at Never Lose Money Strategy. The Elite Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role requires collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating effective sourcing strategies, and identifying top talent. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, managing accounts, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

• Proven skills in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring
• Account Management experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring processes effectively
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment
