Stefanini is looking for a talented and creative recruiter to support our North American IT Outsourcing Services and Operations. You will work closely with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators focused on delivering exceptional talent throughout North America. Your recruiting focus will vary from helpdesk/desktop technician roles to niche technical, engineering and development positions so you must be able to handle recruiting projects of varying complexity and scale.

QualificationsCore Responsibilities
:
- Our customers are candidates and internal clients. You have a vital role in maintaining exceptional communication with clients while simultaneously guiding candidates through the process
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro‑active market research, sourcing, and on‑going relationship management. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and quickly determine the “must haves” vs. “nice to haves”
- Recommend ideas, strategies, and processes related to recruitment that will contribute to long‑range growth of the team and further Stefanini’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Must be able to recruit passive candidates and demonstrate the value proposition of the current opportunity
Basic Qualifications
:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
- 3+ years of corporate, search firm, or RPO recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, while managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and as a trusted business partner
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates our customers
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
