The Part-Time Recruiter will support SEE’s hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for retail and optical positions across our store network. This role works closely with field leadership and the HR team to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.

This position is based in our Southfield, Michigan headquarters
, with the potential for hybrid flexibility depending on scheduling and business needs.

• Source and identify qualified candidates for retail store positions including Optical Stylists, Licensed Opticians, and Store Managers
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and field leadership
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ADP)
• Partner with field leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Manage job postings across job boards and social platforms
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with building candidate pipelines for future openings
• Support HR administrative functions including organizing and filing recruiting and employee-related paperwork
  
  Support recruiting initiatives as SEE continues to grow into new markets

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or retail hiring required
• Optical industry recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail‑driven environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR platforms (ADP experience a plus)
• Passion for people, talent development, and brand culture

• Part‑Time Position
• Approximately 20–25 hours per week
• Typically 2–3 days per week, depending on hiring needs
• Schedule may offer some flexibility
