We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment efforts for direct care workers. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for direct care worker positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases accurately.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Compassionate attitude and understanding of the importance of direct care roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, administrative support, or a related role preferred
- Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, candidate-focused approach
