Job Title: Technical Support Phone Support Specialist
Location: Southfield, MI (Onsite)
Pay Range: $23 - $25/ hour
What’s the Job?
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues for inventory management systems.
- Provide clear diagnostics, repair guidance, and remote issue resolution to field associates and customers.
- Use remote access tools to perform investigations and guide users through technical steps.
- Document issues, solutions, and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Maintain timely, professional communication and deliver high‑quality customer service.
What’s Needed?
- 3+ years of experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and client/server technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially over the phone.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, and related network protocols (preferred).
- Proficiency with remote access tools (VPN, Terminal Services, Team Viewer, RDC).
- Self‑motivation, attention to detail, and strong time‑management skills.
