Training & Application Support Specialist
Summary:Elysium Inc. is a software company supporting key Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics OEMs and suppliers. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 4+ years of 3D-related software experience. Elysium is open to experience levels (junior or senior) and compensation will reflect experience accordingly. Familiarity with the 3D interoperability industry is especially advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead effort in the publication of modernized training materials, including documentation and sample use cases
- Work closely with Elysium’s product team to update training materials with new product functionality and capabilities
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium’s PLM/CAD related software solutions
- Support pre and post sales activities
- Document and report software requirements and issues to development team
- Conduct technical presentations
- Keep up to date on technical developments
- Host on-line and face-to-face software demonstrations
- Host end-user technical training
- Product support (Hotline, QA / Testing, & Delivery)
- Product documentation (Use case scenarios, Installation & Help docs)
- Software installation (Elysium, Windows / Windows Server applications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit professionalism and level of comfort in client facing situations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of at least one major CAD system including CATIA V5/V6, Creo Parametric, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS
- Ability to obtain a good understanding of the sales process
- Possess the capacity to create results through inspiration
- Have a keen interest in technologies, i.e. cloud solutions, AR/VR, AI
- Great investigative & problem-solving ability
- Capability & eagerness to learn quickly
Self-motivated and prepared to make a difference - Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Basic administration knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server
- Minimum 1-5 years industry work experience or 4-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Must be USA citizen due to cybersecurity compliance requirements for accessing and handling customer CUI data
Skills:
- Knowledge in Model-Base Definition / Model-Based Enterprise (MBD/MBE)
- Knowledge or experience with PLM / PDM systems
- Programming / Scripting knowledge
- Knowledge in point-cloud/scanning and related software
- Spanish or Japanese
