Support Engineer; m​/f​/x

Your mission

As a Support Engineer you ensure that MIC’s software consistently delivers value and reliability to our customers. By combining technical expertise with agile collaboration, you drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across every touchpoint.

• Provide 2nd Level Support, analyze issues, and deliver long‑term solutions
• Analyze and debug source code (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL) and implement small enhancements
• Communicate technical, legal, and software updates to key users
• Manage change requests and test, install, and document software releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders, elevate complex cases, and use AI tools to increase productivity

• Degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science, with ideally 3+ years of proven work experience in software support or a similar role
• Good knowledge in Java, SQL, and relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proficient English (spoken & written)
