Duration - 3 year contract
Description:
Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for field technicians using wireless connections with Windows laptops, Apple iPhones & iPads, and peripherals including printers and docking stations.
- Remote support of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS.
- Support for PC hardware, Apple iPads and iPhones and other emerging technologies as identified.
- Resolution of blue screen errors and security issues.
- Support for/with Mobile Iron or comparable Enterprise Mobile Device Management tools.
- Support of wireless connectivity including dropped calls, modems and VPN.
- Support for Exchange Active Sync (EAS).
- Printer support.
- RSA token support.
- Communication Skills - both oral and written

- Effective Time management / Needs to be able to work independently and in a team environment.

- Local candidates only - not a remote or virtual position
- Flexible work hours, possible OT. Daily driving to various locations.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to carry / lift 50-75 lbs.
- Required:
MVR check must be conducted. - Candidate required to be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
