Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on cybersecurity advisory services to help clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges, including:
- Cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments
- Security standards assessments and readiness support (e.g., NIST, CMMC, ISO, TISAX, CIS Controls)
- Incident response tabletop exercises and post‑exercise analysis
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and improvement
- Policy, standard, and procedure development
- Data mapping and data retention analysis
- General cybersecurity advisory services and security roadmap development
- Engage directly with clients by participating in meetings and effectively communicating complex cybersecurity topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Support internal initiatives by assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers and Partners, and contributing to the development and refinement of templates and methodologies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other cyber teams and practice areas to coordinate client needs and ensure timely delivery of engagements.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active participation in networking and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Security, information security, business administration, finance, management information systems, or related field is required.
- Detail‑oriented leader with problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
Approximately 25% overnight travel possible. Position may require local, national, and occasional international travel.

CompensationBase salary ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 for positions in CO, IL, OH, and MA.
