Job DescriptionA NOC Technician (2nd Shift) holds the responsibility of working during the 2nd shift. Duties include attending to customer phone calls, managing customer support tickets, addressing customer concerns and finding solutions, providing timely and accurate feedback, monitoring the data center, and assisting in the resolution of facility-related issues. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor network and data center operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Take ownership of customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and drive resolutions to completion.
- Provide timely, clear, and accurate feedback to customers and internal teams.
- Handle wholesale phone number porting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Adhere to established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Full-Time (on-site)
Required Qualifications- Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S. Without Sponsorship
- WAN/LAN-Related Experience Desired
- IT-Related Experience Desired
- Ability to Work on On-Call Rotation
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
EducationHigh School or equivalent (Preferred)
License/CertificationDriver’s License (Required)
