Oracle Services - NetSuite Finance​/SCM Senior Manager- Tech Consulting

Senior Manager role in EY’s Oracle Services Technology practice. You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations, translate requirements into technical specifications, and validate that newly implemented solutions meet those requirements.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activities.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

• Accounting background.
• Mentor and coach for consultants at all levels.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology business requirements definition.
• Proven ability to analyze and map technology cost‑benefit scenarios.
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite financial modules and upstream/downstream systems.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.
• Assist project teams with developing solution architecture for complex client requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Lead systems implementation as a project manager.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience as a solution architect in Net Suite modules, leading engagements and pursuing new work.
• Expertise designing and optimizing end‑to‑end process flows across Net Suite, with knowledge of Suite Financials, Suite People, Suite Analytics, Suite Projects, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Strong communication, listening, and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑starter with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to drive transformation throughout project lifecycle and implement SaaS solutions.
• Experience engaging finance and technology executives and business subject‑matter experts.
• Ability to develop long‑term relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Adapt to evolving technology landscape and shifting client priorities.
• Travel to client sites 60%+.

• Background as an accountant.
• Led large transformation projects.
• Experience working across all levels of an organization.
• Hands‑on configuration experience.
• Capability to architect systems beyond finance.

Base salary ranges from $171,600 to $392,100 (US). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, paid time off, and flexible vacation policy.
