  • Verify issue fixes before customer delivery.
  • Design and execute automated stress/performance tests.
  • Provide regular defect status reports for customers.
  • Discuss defect status with customers periodically in support of the project team (PVL and technical referents).
  • Coordinate with TPL and SW PL to ensure defect validation supports resolution until closure.
  • Support PVL and Project Manager with defects.
  • Support CCB (Change Control Board) meetings for defect handling.
  • Organise training sessions for product analysts at Marelli and customer plants, and create related training material.
  • Assist the SW team in reproducing defects, collecting logs, and providing needed information for analysis.
Qualifications
  • Electronic Engineering Degree, Information Science Degree, or equivalent background.
  • English (recommended): written and spoken at independent use level (B2 or higher).
  • At least 3 years of experience in system testing activities, preferably in automotive or large‑scale markets.
