IT Business Analyst – ERP

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of Plex ERP experience, with strong knowledge of labeling, scanning, inventory, shipping, financials, materials, and integrations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting IT systems in the automotive sector.
• At least 2 years of automotive industry experience.
• Familiarity with build processes such as batch, broadcast, and sequenced ILVS.
• Experience with MES integration into ERP platforms.
• Understanding of bill of materials, piece-price management, and component-based releases.
• Knowledge of component and lot traceability, as well as quality-related requirements and processes.
• Experience managing releases, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Experience supporting shipments to Ford, Stellantis, GM, and Honda.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• EDI support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Plex Classic, Plex UX, and migration from Classic to UX.
• Experience supporting IATF, ISO, and cybersecurity audits.

• Provide technical support for operations related to ERP processes.
• Keep ERP initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Create and maintain documentation for current and proposed systems and workflows.
• Work with internal and external partners, as well as IT leadership, to advance application systems and technical service processes.
• Train and coach coworkers on ERP software and associated procedures.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
• Develop and run software test plans.
• Manage user access and privileges.
• Partner with vendors on software development efforts.
• Provide on‑call and off‑hours troubleshooting support for plant operations.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for ERP support concerns and act as the subject matter expert for business processes and technical software across our corporate functions and production facilities.

About 20% travel is expected to visit plants and connect with coworkers, and occasional weekend or off‑hours support is needed to keep operations running smoothly.
