Adding to our Supply Chain Practice we are looking for one Senior MM/QM Consultant. The person will implement our RDS solutions and consulting services for automotive suppliers, working with a team of consultants. Responsibilities include creating project plans, setting goals and timelines with the customer, ensuring timely project completion, managing scope and customer expectations, configuring and designing SAP MM/QM, analyzing data, conducting testing, creating Business Process documents, and mentoring new consultants.

The role requires travel to customer locations within the U.S. approximately 75% of the time.

• Configuration, functional design, data analysis and testing in SAP MM/QM.
• Familiarity with organizational units and structures.
• Understanding all activities involved with logistics processing.
• Automotive and/or manufacturing experience.
• Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed checkpoints.
• Help mentor new consultants.
• Ensure clients take advantage of PMC best practices.
• Ensure clients are referenceable once in production.
• Participate in update training and events that share product knowledge.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers, end users and team members.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in a North American business environment.
• Active involvement in three full end‑to‑end SAP implementations.
• Experience with IT project management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to manage expectations, project scope and client needs to suggest best solutions.
• Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals.
• SAP experience, including configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Business Process analysis and implementation of logistics concepts.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent).
