Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Configure and customize OTM modules including:
  Order Management Shipment Management Planning Optimization Freight Payment Master Data Management
• Develop and maintain: OTM Agents Automation Agents User Exits Custom Actions Saved Queries
• Design and implement OTM integrations using: XML/Transmission Builder REST/SOAP Web Services Integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Develop custom reports using BI Publisher.
• Perform data migration activities using FBDI / CSV / integration tools.
• Work on OTM Cloud upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and integration teams.
• Prepare technical design documents (TDD), integration documents, and deployment plans.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong knowledge of: OTM data model OTM architecture (Cloud and On Prem) OTM Agents Automation Transmission Integration Framework
• Experience with: XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL Web Services (REST/SOAP) Oracle DB
• Good understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.
• Experience in OTM Cloud migrations / Lift and Shift projects is preferred.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exposure to GTM (Global Trade Management).
• Experience in multi region OTM rollouts.
