Your Role- Assist in the management and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other marketing platforms.
- Support data management initiatives to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of firmwide marketing and client data.
- Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing efforts, and the adoption of new marketing technology capabilities.
- Serve as a first point of contact for marketing technology questions, assisting users with troubleshooting and collaborating with system administrators to resolve issues.
- Support the administration of marketing technology tools, including user adoption, documentation, training, and communication of new features and functionality.
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Support lead management and qualification processes while helping maintain data quality and marketing operations best practices.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, CRM platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), digital marketing, or marketing operations through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations.
- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, Microsoft technologies, AI tools, or related business systems is preferred.
- Strong interest in learning how technology supports marketing strategy, client engagement, and business development.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and support end users with varying levels of technical expertise.
