As a Business Technology Senior Consultant, you will help construction and real estate industry professionals improve operational efficiency through technology-enabled business solutions. In this role, you will identify process challenges, analyze business needs, and design innovative solutions that connect systems, automate workflows, and improve the user experience across the organization.

This is not a traditional project management role. Instead, you will serve as a problem solver, solution architect, and implementation leader who transforms business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across consulting, operations, and technology teams to streamline processes, integrate platforms, build reporting and analytics tools, and create innovative solutions that support evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated consultant who enjoys solving complex business problems, creating technology-enabled solutions, and driving meaningful operational improvements within a dynamic construction and real estate consulting environment.

Because the work is highly dynamic and project-based, no two projects are the same. Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, critical thinking, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement.

This position is based in Southfield, Michigan. Candidates must be located within commuting distance and able to work principally in person to support collaboration, team engagement, and business needs. No relocation will be offered for this role.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and operational challenges.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technology solutions.
• Designing, building, and implementing business applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Leading solution implementation efforts from concept through deployment and user adoption.
• Evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance functionality, user experience, and efficiency.
• Creating integrations between business systems to improve data flow, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Leveraging Power BI and other analytics tools to transform data into actionable information.
• Troubleshooting issues with existing solutions and implementing enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Staying current on emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to improve processes through innovation.
• Supporting a portfolio of diverse, non-repetitive projects that require creative thinking and adaptability.
