Our client is seeking a driven Trial Attorney with experience on either the plaintiff or defense side of personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters.

• Handle a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution or trial
• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Collaborate with experienced litigators and support staff
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Gain hands‑on courtroom experience and real trial responsibility

• J.D. and active license in good standing
• Experience handling personal injury and/or medical malpractice cases
• * Plaintiff or defense background welcome
• Strong litigation fundamentals and courtroom confidence
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Self‑starter mentality with a desire to grow and lead
• Trial experience is a plus—but attorneys close to trial‑ready are encouraged to apply
