Company Description
We are a 46-year old Medical Practice Management firm specializing in Revenue Cycle Management and Strategic Consulting for Orthopedic and Pain Management practices.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Specialist located in Southfield, MI. The Litigation Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating litigation files with our attorneys, compiling medical-legal documents, preparing financial spreadsheets,, and working closely with attorneys and adjusters. The individual will work directly for the Owner, and ensure timely resolution of litigation cases while adhering to legal and company standards.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in compiling and analyzing legal documents
- Experience with handling Insurance claims
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation tools, including AI tools
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Relevant professional experience in insurance or legal industries is a plus
