The General Litigation Paralegalenhancesattorneyeffectivenessbydevelopingcaseinformation ,evidence,andsettlementoptions;tracking cases;supporting attorney'strialproceedings;andotherprojectsasassigned.

• Preparelegaldocumentssuchasbriefs,pleadings,motions,discovery,andnoticesforreview,approval,andsettlementdocumentsforusebyattorney.
• Extensivediscoverypreparation.
• Managecalendarsystemfortimelyresponsetoallcourtdeadlines.
• Investigatefactsandlawofcasetodeterminecausesofactionandtopreparecaseaccordingly.
• Prepareindexesofdocumentsandmaintaindocument/casefile.
• Maintainaccurateindexesregardingallpertinentinformationoneachcase.
• Researchandanalyzelawsourcessuchasstatutes,recordedjudicialdecisions,legal articles,treaties,constitutions,andlegalcodes.
• Reviewdiscoveryandprepare,issueandrecordsubpoenasforrecordsanddepositions.
• Communicatewithcourts,outside counsel,clients,experts,and vendors.
• Interfacewithinternalandexternalvendorsduringe-discovery process.
• Preparecaseinformationandforwardtoexpertwitnesses.
• Assistattorneyswithpreparationforhearings,depositionsandtrials.
• Manageandentercaseinformationinto Net Docs database .
• Abstract depositions.
• Maintainfileonexpertsusedinthelitigationbybothparties.
• Preparefortrialandhandleallaspectsoftrialtasks.
