Job Description

Seeking friendly, courteous and energetic team members to drive our on-site courtesy shuttle. Qualified candidates will have a winning attitude, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive patients and guests on a hospital campus continuously for an entire shift. This position requires a good amount of physical activity, with the team member needing to get in and out of the van frequently, in all types of weather.

Full time, M-F (no weekends), $14.00 per hour, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

* Encore Service Group does offer medical/dental/optical and PTO (paid time off) for all full-time employees after 60 days of full-time employment.

• Greet patients and guests and address them by name.
• Transport guests of the hospital to and from various on-site locations in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Open doors and provide any assistance needed.
• Actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations.

• Must be 23 years old for insurance purposes.
• Reliable transportation is required.
