JOB TITLE:
Supply Chain Program Analyst
LOCATION:
Southfield, MI
PAY RANGE: $30 - $38/hr.
DURATION:
Through 12/31/2026 (potential extension/conversion)
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in MS Suite, with Advanced Excel experience required.
- Tableau experience a plus.
- ERP systems (SAP) and Jira experience a plus.
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst. The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches.
You Will:- Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches
- Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch
- Manage part availability for all prototype build phases
- Support new vehicle program launches, focusing on time, cost, and quality attributes
- Lead formal reporting across all Supply Chain functions, providing analysis, coordination, and implementation
- Work cross-functionally with direct procurement, engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, supply chain, business, or finance discipline
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands‑on execution
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal results
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
- Proficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
- Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively
SUMMARY:
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
