ARNAZ Towing in Southeast Michigan is seeking a dispatcher to run the board like an air traffic controller: fast, calm, and accurate. You’ll answer calls, dispatch tow trucks, and track drivers in real time to keep operations moving 24/7.
You’ll coordinate with customers, motor clubs, and insurers, maintain records in Towbook, and flag delays or safety issues before they escalate. A rotating or overnight shift is required.
