As we continue to build our organization, we are seeking a results-driven
Senior Director of Operation to oversee multi-unit performance, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams.
The Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and supporting other Operations leads, including Restaurant General Managers across all company stores. The person will ensure execution of company standards, drive revenue and profitability, and foster a strong culture of hospitality and accountability. The role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on leadership, with a focus on standards, people development and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Oversee daily operations of all company stores, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement both long-term operational strategies and shorter-term objectives, such as LTO’s, food prep consistency and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance in labor, safety, food safety and health department regulations
- Serve as Safety Champion, conducting safety audits, leading training and fostering a culture of both guest and employee safety
- Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity during operational or other disruptions
- Monitor key performance indicators (sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, check size and guest counts).
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
- Directly manage Operations leads.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top operational talent.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and recognition.
- Provide coaching and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Recruit, develop and retain top operational talent, with a focus on promoting internal growth and reducing turnover.
- Support team in driving top-line sales growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Champion guest satisfaction and brand reputation at every location.
- Develop quick and effective countermeasures for issues in guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Ensure restaurants consistently deliver on hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Proven track record of success managing in casual or mid-casual dining.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- High energy, hands-on leader with a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related experience commensurate with role.
