We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. We are looking for someone with a background in Mortgage Sales Management. If you come from another industry, we would love for you to start in our Fast‑Track program, starting as a Loan Officer and graduating to Manager. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges.
Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly
