Mortgage Sales Director

We are looking for a Mortgage Sales Director to lead a team of mortgage sales professionals, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and improving overall sales results while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Southfield, MI (In-Office)

Full-Time

• Current and active NMLS license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage sales (Loan Officer or sales leadership background preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams in a high-energy environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑motivation abilities
• Strong knowledge of mortgage workflows and loan programs (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)

• Manage and guide a team of mortgage sales professionals
• Train, mentor, and drive sales performance while maintaining strict compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop the mortgage banking team to consistently achieve or surpass production targets
• Monitor and manage the loan pipeline from application through closing
• Collaborate with operations, processing, and underwriting teams to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
• Deploy training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance management systems to strengthen team output
