Melt and pour aluminum into sand molds using safe and efficient pouring techniques;
Operate tilt, pit, and dip-out gas-fired furnaces while maintaining proper melt temperatures;
Inspect and maintain furnace crucibles, ladles, and related equipment;
Monitor scrap-to-ingot ratios and maintain accurate production and heat records;
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment
