About IZT Cloud
Revolutionizing Business Communications Through Cloud Innovation
IZT Cloud stands as a leader in cloud-based communication solutions, delivering enterprise-grade voice and collaboration services to organizations across the continental United States. Through our advanced Cloud Voice platform, we empower businesses to modernize their communication infrastructure, providing unified voice, messaging, and conferencing capabilities that enhance connectivity and drive operational efficiency.
Life is short. Your relationship with IT doesn't have to be. IZT Cloud delivers Cloud Voice UCaaS, SIP trunking, and messaging services with full STIR/SHAKEN, E911, and 10

- Providing on-call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members
- Self-motivated, able to make independent choices, free from immediate direction or supervision
- 3+ years in VoIP/telecom engineering or Tier 2 voice support
- Strong SIP fundamentals: you can read a packet capture (Wireshark/sngrep) and pinpoint the failure
- Hands-on SBC experience and Linux comfort
- Working knowledge of LNP/porting workflows and carrier processes
- Familiarity with 10
DLC/A2P messaging registration - Strong written and verbal communication skills; your escalations make developers' jobs easier
