Schedule: 4 AM - 12 PM

Looking for Assembler jobs in Southfield where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.
Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and product specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Experience reading blueprints and following detailed assembly instructions.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting team production goals.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble products and operate tools.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts and materials as required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Assemble products and components according to customer requirements, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Review assembly specifications and develop an efficient plan to complete assigned projects accurately and on time.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to build products that meet quality standards.
- Verify dimensions, fit, and functionality of assembled products to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate concerns or process improvements to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and housekeeping standards while supporting daily production goals.
