• Manage day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Partner across agency functions (account, creative, strategy, production) to shape project plans, timelines, and resourcing
• Capture and communicate feedback, decisions, and next steps with clarity and speed
• Use digital project management tools (Workfront experience a plus) to maintain schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence
• Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to keep projects moving

• 3-5+ years as a project manager in an creative/marketing agency setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confidence in facilitating cross-functional communication and client updates
• Proven track record of driving deliverables with a sense of urgency and momentum
• Curiosity to understand the bigger picture and connect details to overall campaign goals
• Comfort with digital PM platforms and eagerness to learn agency processes
